Worked this morning unpacking then rewarded ourselves with a visit to the beach which is about an hour away. There is a beach nearer but we like this one. We also have the river about half a mile away to swim in ( will post pics at some point and also an gorgeous outdoor pool pictures below somewhere. ) Next summer we should have our own little pool ;-) Treated ourselves to a meal which was lovely. I have been uncharacteristically mean recently as every spend could be something for the house.... knowing me it won't last !
Right better go and stash the terrace cushions and chairs for whilst we are away. It's full on holiday season here and the population of 211 quadruples ( wow )...
Another 2000 miles and we will be back in precisely 12 days God willing... or as screechy voiced early Radio 2 Bird whom I cannot bear to listen to would say, "if we are spared...." **** wretching ****
