Blimey how can anyone stay married for 34 years? Sounds impossible doesn't it? Sometimes it has felt it, must honestly not often. We are very lucky to have found each other millions are not so lucky. Mainly Pete is the lucky one and I am just very patient ;-)
So today we set off for lunch in Ceret and then a troll round the Gallery d'art moderne which we love. Didn't evn check who was exhibiting which was a bit left field but that's just how we roll. We stopped off in Thuir for coffee ( nice little noisette ) and found th market was on. Pete bought me some lovely wooden beads, a big lavendar plant, and some green beans !
We decided on this plan as a way to avoid the main roads and there is a lovely drive via Fourques and Lauro over the tops to Ceret avoiding the main roads after our 4 hour horrendous traffic jam last Saturday. This plan worked out brilliantly.
