My darling sister says in classical cookery you would ALWAYS DESEED AND PEEL your toms !Well in my house I will be doing you a favour if I wash them before slingng them whole into the pan.
Perhaps this slap dash approach explains why I am sometimes disappointed with my own usually made up recipes.
