actually I did have prunes for brekky but that was because the peaches which grow in this area weren't ripe. We actually went picking figs which grow wild along the roadsides but they need another week to ripen. We did find 2 and scoffed them really quickly mmmmmm They are so good BBQ'd too with mascapone cheese... mind you anything is good with masacpone IMHO. So the weather today has been utterly perfect, about as good as a day can be. Max 26 degrees cool breeze blue slies with the odd cloud. Thanks to the storms during the last couple of days I guess. We did go on the top terrace the last 2 night spotting shooting stars. Despite lovely clear skies the Perseid weren't nombreuse ici. I saw about 5 altogether and Pete afew more. I do love lying there in the warmth of the early hours looking at that big navy velevet sky and the sparkling stars.... very romantic. This reminds me it's our Wedding Anniversary tomorrow... 34 years.... Thats like a whole adult person... oh yes we have 3 of those...
